Syon Park House- London - Wedding Photography at Syon Park near Twickenham in Middlesex
Syon Park is a wonderful home, full of beauty and magnificence, of great paintings and furniture, with perhaps the finest Robert Adam interior in the country. Home to His Grace, the Duke of Northumberland, Syon Park & Syon House has been the family home for over four hundred years. Surrounded by its own parkland, with Kew Gardens across the Thames, it is hard to believe that Syon is barely 10 miles from central London. The House itself is a fantastic venue for Civil ceremonies and receptions. Closely situated nearby, the Great Conservatory in the beautifully landscaped gardens provides the ideal setting for the wedding dinner and evening reception.
We love photographing weddings at Syon House in Syon Park. Civil ceremonies can be staged in the majestic Great Hall in the House. The marble floor, columns and ceiling with its impressive scultures provides a fantastic setting for the ceremony. The Great Hall benefits from excellent natural lighting, giving the interior photography a fantastic look either in colour and black & white.
The Drinks reception usually follows in the courtyard, which is great for groups and candid photographs, as well as being a great spot for an everyone photograph. There is an abundance of great locations to shoot both within and outside Syon House, the surrounding gardens & lake, and in and around the Great Conservatory, which provides a fantastic location for your wedding dinner.
